You want to come to the Netherlands to move in with your partner. Or to work here as a spiritual counsellor. If you require a provisional residence permit (MVV) for this purpose, you need to pass an exam first. This exam is called the Basic Civic Integration Examination (BIB). If you want to bring your partner to the Netherlands, your partner needs to pass the BIB.
